He also called for a new United Nations security console resolution against Sudan. The president also repeated his believe that genocide is happening in Darfur. He said the world must end the killings. A spokesman for the Sudanese said the restriction will not solve the problem in Darfur. China’s special diplomat on Africa also criticized the restriction. British Tony Blare has arrived Libya for the start to trade with Africa. He met Libya leader Moamod Daffe in town of Surd. After the meeting, Mr. Blare said, Britain relation with Libya has completed changed in recent years. He praised the business relation between the two countries. Before Mr. Blare’s arrival, Libya said it had reached an energy export agreement with the energy company, British Petrol. The agreement is said to be worth 900 million dollars. Mr. Blare is also expected to visit Sariolown and South Africa during his trip. A top administration official says President Bush will nominate former deputy secretary of state, Robert Zelic to be the new president of World Bank. Mr. Zelic has also served as United States trade represented. Mr. Zelic’s nomination follows the resignation of current Bank president, Poll Waffles. Mr. Waffles resigned following accusation of special treatment, for his girl friend who is an employee of the bank. Mr. Waffles is to leave the bank at the end of June.
