听写方法:
(1)准备 1 支铅笔、1 块相橡皮、数张空白稿纸。(注:用铅笔还是用键盘 Pencil VS Keyboard?用铅笔+稿纸不需要长时间对着电脑显示器敲键盘,是一种更健康的方法。)
下载打印:VOA Special English 专用听写稿纸
(2)下载要听写的内容到你的电脑或你的 MP3 播放器,开始第一次从头到尾将要听写的内容完整的听一遍,目的在于初步掌握内容大纲,为第二遍做听写建立基础。
(3)开始第二次播放要听写的内容,用铅笔将你所能听懂的词句写在稿纸上,遇到听不明白的地方不必着急,可以先跳过。在你将听懂的词句写在稿纸上的时候,保持继续播放,不要因为担心听写跟不上播音员的速度而暂停播放。为提高书写速度,有些单词可以用简写方式,如 United States 可以简写为 U.S.,不熟悉的人名、地名也可以用简写,如 Saddam Hussein 可以简写为 S.H.。听写采取播到哪、听到哪,写到哪的策略。
(4)开始第三次播放广播录音,对前一次的广播听写稿进行补缺,如果发现前一次听写错误的地方,就用橡皮擦掉重写。通过这次听写,你的听写稿内容比前一次更准确、更丰富,但仍有较多的地方需要修补。你可以根据自己的情况,开始第四次、第五次或更多次的播放要听写的内容,直到将自己能听懂的词句全部写出来。
(5)打开电脑,将自己的听写稿输入到 Microsoft Word 进行单词拼写与语法纠错,对于错误的单词拼写或语法 Microsoft Word 会用红色的波浪线标出来,你需要根据提示进行纠正,还有些词句会用绿色的波浪线标出来,这是 Microsoft Word 提示句子可能有问题,你需要根据提示进行检查。通过单词拼写与语法纠错,你将有机会发现自己可能经常出现的拼写错误。你还需要用 Microsoft Word 对听写稿进行一下格式编排,包括正确使用标点符号和段落。
(6)将你在 Microsoft Word 修订过的听写稿发布到 UNSV.COM 互动社区的 VOA Special English 听写特训版块,让大家一起来参与学习或修订你的听写稿。在发布听写稿时遵循以下规则将会更好帮助你或帮助别人了解自己的听写稿所存在的问题。
