美国东部时间2011年5月3日下午1:42分，全美600所中小学的师生同时开始跳Let's Move! Flash Workout，盛况空前。美国第一夫人也和孩子们一起跳这个活力四射的健身操。
Let's Move! Flash Workout的主题歌曲是美国歌坛巨星Beyonce创作的动感歌曲Move Your Body!为了支持这项活动，Beyonce和学生们一起，按照精心设计的全套健身操动作，重新录制了Move Your Body的MTV，作为Let's Move! Flash Workout健身操的教学MTV。
