Why don't you just study the material prepared specifically for that CET four test? Since they are available everywhere. If you use the material from VOA, you have to make sure that they use pretty much the same vocabulary. Otherwise,you'll run into big trouble later.
However ,if you've studied long enough and accumulated quite a bunch of words, you won't have any problem.

Mr.ZhongDaolong said that is helpfull to listen to the VOA Special English .Maybe is true ,but is difficulty for me .
