The leaders of the world’s twenty largest economy had ended talks in London. President Barack Obama says the talks will be a turning point in the world’s economic recovery. But he warned that the results will not come quickly.

Mr. Obama said the leaders were able to settle honest disputes. He also said that they agreed on a plan to increase economic growth and to create jobs. The plan will make more than one trillion dollars available for loans to troubled nations. The money will go to the International Monetary Fund and other lenders.

Leaders also agreed to increase the superdition of banks, hedge funds, credit-aiding agencies and pay for business leader. And they agreed to take actions against countries where rich people hide their money to avoid paying taxes.

In France, police have used tear gas to break up hundreds of demonstrators near the city of Strasford. The demonstrators broke windows and set fire. Police attempted to block the march toward the centre of Strasford from what demonstrators called their “peace camp”. Police reported many arrests.

Judge Bates said that these detainees were similar to those at the American military prison in Guang Tonimal Bay, Cuba.

Last year, the United States Supreme Court ruled that Guang Tonimal detainees have the right to appeal their detention in court. The ruling does not affect the citizens of Afganistan.

A United Nations human rights official has expressed concerns about a new law for Sheied Moselums in Afganistan. Critics say the law could permit hundreds to rape their wives.

It has not yet been published.

Earlier President Obama and South Korean President Emion Bark agreed to work closely in the United Nations on an answer.

Former Illinoi governor Roy Bigoyaldich has been officially charged with corruption. Charges included reportedly trying to sell the Senate seat formally helped by President Obama. As governor, Mr. Bigoyaldich has the power to make that appointment.

The United States district judge John Bates  rules Thursday that three foreign detainees at Bagram air-force base(巴格拉姆空军基地) may appeal their detention. Judge Bates say the detainees was similalr to those at the American military prison in Guantanamo(关塔那摩) Bay, Cuba. Last year the United States Supreme Court (美 最高法院)rule the Guantanamo detainees  have the right to appeal their detention in court. The ruling does not affect citizens of Afghanistan.

Mrs. Pelay urge the Afghanistan Government to cancel the law, it is not yet been published. And the American State Department spokesman said official are studying the law. Robert Wood urge Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai to change parts of the law that restrict women’s rights.
