Iraqi officials say at least 61 people have been killed in a suicide bomb attack outside an army center in Baghdad. More than 125 others were wounded. An Interior Ministry official said the attacker targeted a large crowd of men waiting to join the army. The attack is the deadliest since the start of the holy month of Ramadan last week. Militants have said they planned to increase attacks during Ramadan. The Obama administration said Tuesday that the bombing will not affect the United States plan for withdrawal from Iraq.
