Israeli officials say pro-Palestinian activists who tried to break the Israeli naval block of the Gaza Strip have been taken to an airport to be deported. The officials said all eleven passengers and eight crew members of the aid ship will leave on Sunday unless they object. Those who object will be detained and given a chance to appeal. The activists include the 2006 Nobel Peace Price winner Mairead Corrigan. The Israeli military says activists on the aid ship Rachel Corrie 雷切尔.科里号 did not resist when troops forced it into the Israeli port of Ashdod for inspection. On Monday there was a deadly clash when Israeli troops seized another aid (shipt) attempting to end the blocking of Gaza.
