Russia and the United States have completed the largest spy exchange since the end of the Cold War. The two governments exchanged 10 Russian agents arrested last month in the United States for 4 spies jailed in Russia. The exchange took place at an airport in Vienna, Austria. Russia praised the exchange as part of the improved relations with the United States. Two of the 4 spies released in Russia were dropped off in England. The other 2 have arrived at an airport near Washington D.C. The Russian plane carrying the 10 agents has arrived in Moscow. The 10 Russian agents arrested in the United States admitted guilt Thursday. 11th member of the Russian spy group fled after he was attested and released in Cyprus.
