Investigators in Uganda said they have arrested 4 Ugandan men for organizing 2 bomb attacks that killed 76 people in Kampala last month. The 4 admitted their involvement Thursday. The bombs exploded at 2 places where people had gathered to watch the World Cup football championship. The leader of the attackers said he wanted to kill Americans out of religious belief. He said he was a member of Al-Shabab. The militant group has claimed responsibility for the suicide attacks. One of the attackers said he had been told to place another explosive at a dance place. He said he changed his mind and left the explosives in a bed of flowers without setting them off. Police later found the explosives.
